Monthly rental fees include water, electricity, a dock box, and use of shower/restroom facilities.

Slip rentals also include a storage locker.

No live-aboards allowed.

Slip rates are currently $56 per foot and up per month. 

(depending on boat size)

Side Tie rates are currently $33 per foot per month.

Residents have priority on rental of Slips and Side Ties.
